Just recently I have applied a new Paypal Account for our Organization www.JoblessSociety.org and was stuck on the Bank Code details.
I quickly browsed on the internet for Philippine Bank Code List for Paypal Transactions but hardly found the information I needed. Most posts were already outdated posting the 8 digit codes instead of 9 digits bank code.
I have extracted this updated 9 digit bank code list that would help you on adding a bank account for your Payal Transactions.

Google use a very complex function to determine which search results to return, Google is always changing and Modifying that function to better Serve the Search Engine User. The one constant is quality back links. These are pages linking to you without you linking back to them.
1 – Post to Newsgroups
Many Newsgroups will allow you to post links especially if they are related to the topic or question being asked.
